Operational Workflow
Switch On & Set Temperature
Power on the unit and adjust the sealing temperature as per your pouch material. Common setting ranges between 160°C to 220°C.
Adjust Speed
Set conveyor and sealing speed using the adjustable speed dial for optimal sealing based on pouch thickness.
Place Filled Pouches
Feed the pouch horizontally on the conveyor. It will be automatically guided through the heat and pressure zone.
Sealing & Coding (Optional)
The heating element seals the pouch while optional emboss coding prints the batch, MRP, and expiry details.
Collect Sealed Pouches
The finished pouches exit the other end—neatly sealed and ready for final packing or dispatch.
